Here's an overview of how to choose the right size. Can't see the model or brand you're looking for? Scroll down a little for a handy overview!

ADIDAS:

Tip: Round up if you're unsure. We recommend checking the JP/CM of similar shoes you own and comparing with the size chart below.

UGG:

Tip: Round up or compare with your NIKE size – Hoka, Adidas etc. don't fit quite the same as UGG. Check the CM measurement and either measure your foot or check other shoes you own.

HOKA:

Tip: Unsure about Hoka? Round up by 0.5 sizes. For products such as slides that only come in whole sizes, round up to the nearest whole size.

I had ordered running shoes and was looking forward to the delivery. I was contacted by phone and told that the shoes I had ordered were unfortunately sold out, even though the website showed the item as in stock. They apologised a lot, and as compensation I was upgraded to a more expensive and better shoe without paying more. Thank you so much for top service :-)

It took about 1 day after the parcel was sent, then it arrived in a parcel locker.

The only thing was that the parcel locker was inside a shop that closed at 20:00. A bit hopeless, but that's probably not their fault
